For adult entertainments that can’t be experienced in most places around the world, Soi Cowboy is where is at! Soi Cowboy is one of Bangkok’s vibrant red-light district and it’s for sure the Wild Wild West of the East. It was so named after a retired American-Indian airman by the name of T.G. “Cowboy” Edwards who owned one of the first bars in the area back in 1977. The place has since become somewhat of a historical landmark in Bangkok. However, Soi Cowboy is definitely not history, as it’s still buzzing with energy and going strong as ever.

In the past, Soi Cowboy was considered the dirty and cheap place to go for adult entertainments. Nowadays, Soi Cowboy has a new look as it has been upgrading itself throughout the years. New modernly designed bars now lines the Soi where decrepit looking go-go bars used to be. The neon lights are as bright as ever and doing its magic in luring customers in like mystified little bugs. With the new look also come new prices. It’s not cheap like the old days anymore, but you definitely get what you pay for, as the atmosphere as well as the service has greatly improved. For example, the bar girls are getting more attractive and quite friendly and not pushy like before. They just make the place more laidback, one can just go there to relax, enjoy some music, and have some drinks with some of the most beautiful ladies on the planet.

For those that are on a budget, then you gotta be there for Happy Hours to get the most honey for your money! Nearly all of the 40 bars there have a Happy Hours and the average price is for drinks is quite cheap at 60 Baht. Below are a couple of bars I personally recommend checking out.

After Skool Bar
After Skool is where you go for good drinks and oh yeah, to spank some naughty school girls! The bar has luscious babes dressed in skimpy school uniform running around all over the place. You can also drop by the “Naughty Boys Corner” there to get really..ahhhhh.. naughty! That’s all I’ll tell you….. 

Dollhouse Bar
Dollhouse has a large collection of lovely ladies and the price for drinks is only 50 Baht during Happy Hours. This place puts Hooters to shame as it’s famous for having many very well endowed girls. If you love boobs, then this is the place for you! I gotta warn you though, you’ll be quite dizzy turning your head left and right in checking out all the boobies that surrounds you.

Five Star Bar
Five Star Bar is a hip and happening place with a live band and of course loads of beautiful girls. Drinks are reasonably priced with a laid back atmosphere. The live band makes Five Star a good place for something different in Soi Cowboy.

Baccara Go-Go Bar
Baccara is quite a large place for a go-go bar and it's known for having the most dancers in town. There are two levels there where the lovley ladies are all in bikinis downstairs. For the upper level, that's where the heat rises and the school girls can't seem to keep their clothes on for some reason.
